The Goat's Eyelid, or Happy Ring, was first made by Tibetan lamas in the 13th century. Made from the eyelids and eyelashes of a slaughtered goat, the resulting device is tied around the penis prior to making love, the eyelashes providing the woman with a pleasant tickling sensation. Modern versions are made from plastic.
